Festivals are a joyous celebration of life, although no particular religious doctrine is taught, a sense of reverence and respect for nature and our fellow human beings is encouraged not only throughout the curriculum, but also in the recognition of seasonal rhythms and the Christian festivals which accompany them.

After such a difficult year in many ways it feels so good to be able to finally meet up face to face and celebrate our lives together in a very beautiful, natural environment.

We welcome you and your friends to come and meet up with our committed Sophia members and friends for this special time.


When:  Sunday 13th December

Time: 9am to 12pm

Where: 53 Syndicate Road [off Tallebudgera Creek Road], Tallebudgera Valley

Food: Please bring your own food and picnic hamper, rug etc. Due to Covid we will not be sharing food, however we look forward to that happening next year.


RSVP: By 10th December, we will need confirmation of the number of children attending.

10:00 to 11:00 Community Activity
For the children to experience the delight of this activity we ask that we all remain together as a group until the end. Thank you.

11:00 to 12:00 Enjoyment of food and company.

We sincerely look forward to meeting up with you all, especially our new friends, sharing your thoughts and talents along the road of this new important initiative of the Sophia Waldorf School. This school is for all the dear little souls who are already here and for those who are coming toward us.
